About Katie

Hi, I'm Katie Ritter. For over seven years, I worked at a plumbing service company right here in Fort Collins — starting as a dispatcher and working my way up to operations and office manager. During that time, I built the processes and procedures that kept the business organized, implemented software systems that cut down on inefficiencies and protected revenue, and learned firsthand what it takes to keep a service contractor's back office running smoothly.

When I'm not helping contractors tighten up their operations, you'll find me baking, fishing, hanging out with my two daughters and family, or attending church. I started Ritter & Co. because I believe every trade business deserves the same kind of operational backbone that the big shops have — without the overhead of a full-time office staff.
